Most people get
their mattress wrong.

Not because they're careless. Because nobody told them what to look for.

01

Your weight matters

Spring coil count, foam density, and firmness level all change depending on body weight. A mattress that's comfortable for someone at 60kg will feel very different at 90kg.

02

Your sleep position matters

Side sleepers need pressure relief at the shoulder and hip. Back sleepers need lumbar support. Stomach sleepers need firmer support to protect the spine. One mattress does not fit all.

03

Your budget matters

Spending more is not always better — what matters is matching the right technology to the right need. We will tell you the honest minimum you need to spend to sleep well.

Questions we answer every day.

A continuous coil system is one long piece of wire formed into springs across the entire mattress — it provides firm, responsive support and is excellent for most sleepers. Pocket springs are individually wrapped coils that respond independently to pressure — ideal for couples, as movement on one side doesn't transfer to the other. Both are available in our range, and the right one depends on how you sleep and who you sleep with.
Height alone doesn't tell the whole story — it's about what's inside. Our 8" Classic has a 7" spring and 1" foam top. Our 12" Premium Pro has an 8.5" spring with double-sided foam. The 12" models are worth it if you're heavier, share the bed, or have back concerns. For lighter sleepers on a single bed, the 8" Classic or 9" Pillow Top often performs just as well.
Traditional memory foam can retain heat, which is a real concern in Kenya's climate. Our Dora Memory 12" uses a breathable open-cell memory foam formulation that manages temperature better than older foam types. If heat is a primary concern, the Dora Pocket Super Premium or our mid-range options may suit you better — we'll walk you through the tradeoffs.
Standard Kenyan sizes: Single 3×6 (90×183cm), Twin 3.5×6 (107×183cm), Double 4×6 (122×183cm), Queen 5×6 (152×183cm), King 6×6 (183×183cm). Our mattresses are manufactured to these specifications. If you have a custom or imported frame, reach us directly and we can advise or quote a custom size.
The Durapoa 10-year warranty covers structural defects — spring failure, foam compression beyond normal wear, border collapse, and fabric integrity. It does not cover damage from improper use, liquid damage, or normal comfort preference changes. If you ever have a concern about your mattress, contact us directly and we'll assess it honestly.
